With 17 years of experience as a financial professional, Chris is taking his career in a new direction.  As an Awareness Agent (executive coach), Chris facilitates a journey of deeper awareness and helps his clients be with ‘what is’ in the present moment.  From this place of self-awareness, clients are able to overcome blocks and resistance, think more creatively, be open to all potential opportunities for growth, and bring focus and clarity to their decision-making.  Chris also uses his passion for conscious capitalism, social entrepreneurship, and sustainability to help his clients lead their organizations in a way that brings greater awareness to all aspects of the organization, from relationships with stakeholders to their impact on society and the environment.

As a finance professional, Chris has extensive experience with cash flow modeling, financial statement analysis, and presentation of complex financial matters to C-Suite executives.  Most recently, Chris was Director of Corporate FP&A for a Fortune 500 public company.  In this role, he was responsible for monthly management reporting, quarterly earnings and Board reporting, annual planning and quarterly forecasting, as well as various ad-hoc corporate finance projects – often working directly with the CFO and CEO.

Lynn Sobonya currently holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Health Sciences from Cleveland State University, along with a minor in Philosophy. She is currently working toward a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a specialization in Chemical Dependency Counseling. Lynn works at the Small Business Development Center, as a graduate assistant performing research and office coordination. She enjoys working with others and engaging in problem solving. In the future she hopes to pursue a doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology.

As Director of the Global Business Center and the SBDC Export Assistance Network, Nate Ward, has extensive international experience within manufacturing and banking industries. His international business experience includes sales, logistics, marketing, pricing, research and product development. In addition to his diverse cultural knowledge, Nate speaks multiple languages including French, Spanish and Japanese.
